Delivery timeline

Orders placed on shop.dhaara.com are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks anywhere in India. Timelines may vary slightly for remote locations.

Shipping coverage and charges

We ship across India through reputed courier partners. Any shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Order confirmation and invoice

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. A GST invoice is provided with every purchase. Product prices shown on the store are inclusive of GST.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us at help@kritsnam.com with your order number and photographs of the received package, and our team will assist you.

Installation

Installation is not included with delivery and is arranged by the customer. Your plumber can install it in about 30 minutes - step-by-step guidance and remote support included. Certified installation partners are available in 50+ cities if you need help finding a plumber.
